My Role
I’m a UX Designer/Researcher and genuinely interested in listening to people and understanding their points of view to create meaningful digital experiences.
Background
Empathizing with users from the outset of the UX research process is crucial. It allows me to connect with them on a human level and collaborate in creating user-centered solutions through an iterative design process.
In my research process, I place a high value on both actively listening to users and observing their behavior during interactions with products and services. By combining these techniques, I gain a deeper understanding of their experiences and preferences.
As an empathetic researcher, I actively seek evidence and divergent perspectives that may differ from my own beliefs. This approach contributes to the creation of more inclusive and accessible solutions.
Overall, I consider empathy to be essential in the development of user-centered solutions and in facilitating an iterative design process.
More important than to solve a problem, is to solve the right problem. Thinking critically helps me define research problems more precisely. By breaking down complex issues into smaller, I can formulate research questions that lead to actionable insights.
It also guides me on the selection of appropriate data collection methods and tools. By applying analytical techniques to process and interpret data, I identify patterns leading to valuable insights about user behavior, pain points and preferences.

I believe an open minded and collaborative mindset enhance the quality of research by incorporating diverse perspectives and insights. Bringing stakeholders with me while conducting research activities makes them more connected with my research findings and naturally, more likely to act as empathizing with users.
While valuing and contributing for a collaborative team in my work, my objective is to share knowledge and learn from others through constructive feedback.
Effective communication enable me to communicate my findings through comprehensive and well-structured reports. It also ensures alignment in cross-functional teams when working towards the same goal.
By including clear and engaging communication, I can convey research insights persuasively and leverage strong presentations that are adaptable to diverse stakeholders’ backgrounds.
In order to maintain research ethics I clearly communicate the purpose of the study, obtain informed consent from participants, and ensure that privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
I’m adept to facilitate a feedback loop in UX research, and highly value gathering feedback from participants, team members, and stakeholders, leading to iterative improvements in both the research process and design solutions.
